A History made of Metal

This story begins long ago, when a mining engineer arrives to Peru from far away (Denmark, to be precise) to work in one of the several mines located in the heart of Peru.

It takes him little time to fall in love with this beautiful land and a woman called, Victoria, who gives him several children, including the last and only son, Rodolfo, named like this to honor his father (Rudolph).

Rodolfo grows in Lima in the classic district of Rimac, and sometimes between mines as well. He sees little his father, but he takes from him all his temper, adventurer spirit and desire to work. Unfortunately, his father leaves this world too early and he is forced to work when he was just starting adolescence in order to cover the living expenses of his family.

With little education, but with an incredible desire to learn, he starts working on small businesses, until he consolidates its path to the occupation of jeweler and engraver. From this time dates the altar of St. Jude Thaddeus, in which he worked with great pride, and today, it shines in one of the most important churches in Lima, the church of St. Francis.

Committed to this task, in which he stood out, his mind is focused on planning other projects. However, he is always attracted to other metals, not those of jewelry and ornaments, instead he is drawn to other stronger and more useful ones.

Thus, with the perseverance and tenacity that only a few have, he starts shaping his dreams. An inexhaustible patience and a desire to do something transcended were always on his side, besides his avidity for reading, and his inexhaustible determination for learning.

A series of Books and foreign magazines, start opening his mind and finds out that he was born to do this: "Create".

Rodolfo begins to develop his first projects, with a metal that would become his partner and companion until today: Copper.

Battery terminals were his first approach to this noble metal, an attraction that makes clear reference to the mining ancestor. Then he started with other projects such as primus nozzles, plugs for cars and others, some not very successful, but always with the idea of making an essential product in metalworking.

One day, he had the idea of making keys, unfortunately, he encountered huge obstacles in order to make this Company successful, few believed in it, but today, we face a reality that came out from the hands of a man with great creativity, and above all, faith. Nowadays, this Company and he enjoy a renowned reputation not only in our country but in Latin America.

What else can we say about him? He has good sense of humor and justice, and he is respectful to other people; this are very important values in his life. For him, his family is his greatest treasure, and nothing in this world worth more than that.

How do you feel of being in front of a person like him? Admiration and affection, and a huge gratitude for a man made of metal and with the purity of gold, the beauty of silver, the nobility of copper and the strength of iron.
